This week has gone by so fast…!
We had a few more days left on the beautiful island Lanta. On Tuesday we were travelled to the city Surat Thani. We did all the work our self, so booked the ferry and the bus. 212 km so Mini bus from the resort to the ferry 30 min. Ferry from Koh Lanta to Krabi 2h. Mini bus from Pier to Bus station 20min. Bus to Surat Thani 3,5h. So in total without waiting time… 6,5 hours travelling! We were so happy to see that the hotel that we booked was what we thought it was; Clean, Modern and with good AC!!! The city is probably lovely, very Thai, not that many tourists and amazing natural parks around. But we don’t know this because it was simply to warm to do anything. So we concentrated on booking our boot and stay at Koh Pha Ngan. After 2 nights we started traveling again.
My mum said: Must be hard to leave paradise… I said no because we are going to try and find it again.
And….. We did! It took us a day walking on hot beaches and a horrible night at a place we knew we we not going to stay. But we are here now. Koh Pha Ngan, close to Srithanu on the west coast of the Island. We have a week here, including the famous Full Moon party!
